2020 Consumer Confidence Report Released

Demonstrating its commitment to public health protection and the public’s right-to-know about local environmental information, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires all community water systems to put annual drinking water quality reports into the hands of their members. These reports (also known as consumer confidence reports), which EPA developed in consultation with water suppliers, environmental groups, and the states, will enable you to make practical, knowledgeable decisions about your health and your environment.

View the 2020 Consumer Confidence Report, or see past reports on our Quality Reports page.

Broken Water Line – Saturday, June 12

plant_impaired

A water line on Wagontire Drive has separated from a meter and water will be unavailable to members above the treatment plant once the high level tank runs out. This includes addresses located beyond 741 Wagontire Drive. Service for the remaining members may be affected so please conserve your water usage until the line is reconnected. Additional information will be shared when it is available.

Update: As of 2:58PM, the broken line has been repaired and water has been restored to all members.

Please Conserve Water – Thursday, June 3

Please conserve water today. Optimum Environmental Corporation, our plant operators, are replacing the filter/strainer at the river intake and are having some problems. The issue a should be fixed today, but we need to watch our water usage this morning. Thank you for your help!

UPDATE: The board was notified at 3:25PM that the plant is operational and water production is back to normal.
