Official ballots have been sent by mail to all Clark’s Branch Water Association members. Ballots are due by the annual meeting on July 18, 2024 at 7:30pm. They can be dropped off in person at the annual meeting, or returned by mail.
There are three board seats up for election. We lost a board member last year that has not been filled and there will be another this summer. Our newest board member has been involved for almost five years. The commitment includes meetings once a month to help with association decisions like maintenance, repairs and member requests. Some tasks between meetings are needed but usually pretty minimal. Daily water production and repairs are handled by our contracted operators, OEC. We do have some amazing individuals helping maintain the grounds around the plant and reading meters.
